Shah Rukh Khan detained at the Los Angeles airport

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan was detained at the Los Angeles airport for questioning by the US immigration department

Venting his frustration at being repeatedly stopped at US airports, the actor wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter: "I fully understand & respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks."
The actor, however, seemed to keep his calm tweeting: "The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokemons."
The US State Department could not immediately make any comment on why the Indian superstar was detained. This is not the first time that the actor has been detained at a US airport.
In 2012, he was detained at the New York airport for over two hours by immigration officials after arriving from India to address students at Yale University.
Khan was two hours late for his speech. Addressing students at Yale, he said: "We were detained at the airport as always. For one and a half hours. It was nice. It always happens when I come to America. Whenever I start feeling too arrogant about myself I take a trip to America." The US customs and border protection authorities had expressed "profound" apologies for his detention then.
